I absolutely loved my stay at the Meixi Lake Hotel, a stunning luxury collection property in an amazing location. The room I stayed in was a corner King with a breathtaking city view, and the spacious bathroom and super comfortable bed made my stay even more enjoyable. The Byredo bathroom amenities were a delightful touch, adding a touch of luxury to my experience. The hotel facilities were all up to standard and provided everything I needed during my stay.
The breakfast at the hotel was great, with a variety of options to choose from. Although it could be improved, it was still good.

I had an amazing city break at this luxury hotel! The location was perfect - I loved being near the stunning architectural masterpiece by Zaha Hadid. They offered a fantastic buffet breakfast and happy hour with great views of the lake. The staff was wonderful and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. Plus, the room was spacious and comfortable.
Although the tea and coffee facilities could be improved, I was still able to enjoy a warm drink. I also had to request bath salts for the tub, but it was a minor inconvenience.

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary and it was everything we could have hoped for. the room was beyond luxurious, with exclusive amenities and exceptional views of the city skyline. the Spa and wellness centre was a highlight of our trip with its lavish massage and steam rooms. the heated swimming pool and sun loungers made for the perfect, relaxing afternoon.
The only minor issue we had was with the in-room coffee and tea facilities, which could have been improved. the restaurant and bar area had an incredible selection of special diet menu options, and the private facilities were exceptional.

The location was great for exploring the city. It was easy to access main attractions. The staff was attentive to our needs and greeted us warmly upon arrival. Also, the rooms were spacious and clean.
The breakfast had poor quality and limited options. We also found the coffee and tea station to be lacking. Additionally, the lobby had a very limited seating area, which led to a lack of comfort while waiting. Finally, bathroom amenities were not of the expected quality.

Great location near one of the most impressive architectural works. Breakfast and happy hour were definitely the highlights. Views were fantastic from the room, and staff was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way.
A few issues that let down my stay. The lobby lacked seating facilities, and staff members made sure we buy drinks if we wanted to sit there.
